The Meditation Club is a weekly live online session. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s a practical space to understand how your mind works, build mental clarity, and train your attention.
And the best part? You can come and go as you please. It’s an open, supportive space to drop into whenever you feel the need.
The sessions are offered on a contribute-what -feels-right basis. Your presence matters most.
